Florian takes Ray and Lila to a distant relative's estate/castle known for its unique garden with sculptures of monsters. Jacques, who now oversees the estate, is forced to sell some of its treasures for upkeep and to take care of his cousin, Eleonora. Things are complicated by a blizzard and the arrival of Jacque's fiancee, Charlotte, who abhors Eleonora. A mysterious figure starts to attack guests, and Eleonora kidnaps Florian, who she sees as a symbol of the time in her childhood when she was still innocent. While searching for Florian, Ray and the others discover a complex series of secret paths.

It wasn't as good as the Azura arc in the Gorgeous Carat manga but it was definitely better than the first volume of said series.It was so good to see Ray and Florian back in action. The main story sort of. I've been waiting for this manga for months and I wasn't disappointed. gosh, you really have a one-tracked mind. Wow, this one is worth every penny.
That hunk of a man is such a wonderful source of angst. I really hope that she will and that she'll bring Azura back. XD). You Higuri also promised to continue this series - although it's been 2 years now and nothing. But since I like hint-ish manga best, this one made me rather giddy. But since I bought it because of the characters, you won't see me complain much. There were some really touching, angsty scenes between these two, although it was still not yaoi or even a full blown shounen-ai. That's my only complain.
It has a wonderful amazing art, exciting story and the volume is quite thick too (256 pages). dissipates for the lack of a better word. XD All in all, I would give it 4,5 stars :) Florian was getting himself into a lot of trouble like usually and Ray was rushing to the rescue. There was one thing I was missing though - a climax (nope, not in the sexual way.
